The newest book version Atkins Made Easy has two meal plan choices...one loaded with their products, the other only using real foods. Just. Eat. Real. Food.

The only "net" Carbs should be from fiber in your green vegetables. Especially at our age, you are likely carb intolerant and it may be even easier to count total carbs. Suggest you follow the Atkins Induction plan right at the top of the board, http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=236482
