I know I did over 2 hours but the Garmin site where its all recorded is down right now so I'll report later. I did the full Daily Burn yesterday and I'm a bit sore in the inner thighs and pecs. Might just skip today's session and do some yoga instead.
Hey Kat, good to see you still getting some activity in. Do you think you'll start walking there or is there no great place to walk? I'm not sure how far you are away from Phoenix.
