thank you so ,much for your replys.........it really made me feel great that so many pros would take the time to give me a pep talk and great advice is heart warming...I will start again....stick to the main list for now, talk to the dr again and check out these meds alot better to see what I can do myself and then move on slowly, knowing I will make it ....even if it takes me alot longer then I expected.
