Just FYI y'all...Die off symptoms usually last *at least* 3 months, maybe longer, depending on how aggressively you attack it. How aggressive you are also means how much you will suffer from symptoms in proportion to how fast they are dying off. Most of my dieoff symptoms went away after 3 months, but I still had little flareups for about a year. I have been symptom free for years now, so I know it can be done. Be STRONG! You may lose some battles every now and then, but you'll ultimately win the war.
