I've read the same thing. Found a health food store that sells organic beef, but were out when I was in there. We're getting ready to move to a bigger place. I want to get a deep freeze and in the spring just buy a side straight from the grower. Luckily I'm just hours from the Shannadoah Valley in VA and there are a few organic farmers around here. Hope they'll deliver!!
