Hi, ratios are independent of your height and weight. Roughly you eat three grams of fat for each gram of protein, with one half gram of carbs. Ribeye is a great choice. If you eat 60 grams of protein a day, you would need 180 grams of fat, and 30 grams of carbs. So I am guessing, eat half a baked potato loaded with butter and sour cream, to go with the steak.
