Wow, this is 'get in touch with your fat self' night in ALC. I answered another member who forgets how far she has yet to go until she sees mirrors or pics. I do that too. I talk in realistic terms of my real progress and areas I need to improve but hubby thinks he's supposed to be the optimist on my shoulder and tells me 'lies' about how great I look. He loves me and doesn't want me to get discouraged. I hope he's right and I look thinner but those 16s in my closet are still hanging there, unused. I also hope he's sincere. I guess I want to share the denial.
I'm sure I would hate Twiggy Stick-Figure Girl, too. Maybe she's a meth head or something.
