I've hit a major wall on milk. Stomach cramps and ear aches have hit me in the last few days. The milk seems to have been responsible for the bloating and stomach tenderness I've recently mentioned.

It's strange. I felt no ill effects of drinking 2 or 3 liters of milk a day for well over a month and then...bam. Don't know if I have a lactose sensitivity that manifested itself cumulatively or perhaps it was my lack of variety, as I've pretty much been using milk exclusively as my protein source.

Anyway, I'm going to take a complete break from milk for a few days and try to reintroduce smaller amounts back up to no more than a liter a day hopefully. Will see if cheese will work, go back to a few daily eggs, and I guess fill in the rest of my protein needs with shellfish and probably meat.
