My question is about having a very active lifestyle and eating within SBD. I run nearly every day, and am finding it quite hard to have enough energy during some of my workouts. I generally run 3-7 miles/day, 5-6 days a week. Sometimes a long run of 13 mi is thrown in. My legs feel dead without their normal glycogen stores!!

While I am extremely happy that I am finally over this plateau, I'm wondering about adding in more than the suggested carbs. I would love to still lose these last 10, and I realize that doing so may hamper my success.... Does anyone have suggestions?

?

Hi and welcome!
Congrats on your success to date!!
How far have you gone into adding good carbs in your phase II?
In other words, how many fruits and starches are you eating daily now?
I need to know this so that I can give you good feedback.
