I know what you mean. I try to say to myself if I am thinking tof eating something I shouldn't 'You don't need that. IT's not a matter of life and death if you don't eat it. It's only a bit of food' and that seems to work for me. Although, I try to stay away from even just a couple of spoons of dessert because that is my trigger. I feel if I get the taste I might not be able to stop.

I know I don't have that much to loose and sometimes I feel guilty for the way I feel when there are a lot of other people in the world that have a lot more to loose but you can't help the way you feel can you. Well done everyone.
