Congrats to you! Not sure if you are looking to have a family or not, here is what happened to me.

Years ago, when I weighed 285 to 300 and did not have period either. I so wanted to have a family and was not able to get preg. I was married for almost 10 years. Went thru a divorce and I lost a lot of weight, periods were back and within couple months of meeting someone else I was preg. Did not think that I could have children. I know have 3 and have been regular every month since.
