Avatar pics can be uploaded in your USER CP, click on "edit avatar".
Dimensions for an avatar are 100x100....you will need to figure out in your own picture editor in your PC, how to resize your pic. 
I can see that you are storing your fat in your thighs and butt. Just a very small amount...  |
