There is that book on the Insulin Resistance Diet by Cheryl Somebody.
Her sample menu plan has more carbs than ever.
As someone insulin-resistant with celiac disease, I would starve on her diet, because it is more than 50% carbs.
"Egg on toast and cereal with yogurt" for breakfast. With my allergies and Celiac, all I could have is the egg.
Some of these plans are not low carb at all.
