Price-wise, £8 for a small jar from a health food shop sounds about right, unfortunately. I got a jar of Tiana organic virgin coconut oil for about the same price from a branch of Nutricentre. I suspect I may need to shop online for better value...

Thank you so much, I really thought it was a rip off price at my local shop. I had seen it on line for £1.49 per 500ml but I thought it would be easier to buy it locally. I also didn't know that it was solid at room temperature. Ignorance is not bliss.  |
