I don't know if it is candida but you should go to Healing Naturally by Bee website she has everything you need toknow about candida and how to successfully rid yourself from it. You really should find a good holistic doc if possible or a naturopthic doc. As for the yoghurt it will not get rid of candida even the sugar free stuff. I have researched this for years as I too was ill and doctors didn't know what it was. I went to the website yeastconnection.com and found a wealth of information there too by the main doctor who really discovered candida overgrowth, a Dr. Crooke (deceased now).
I am currently being treated with nystatin by my doc who believes in candida, and I am dieting like mad to rid myself of the overgrowth.
