Here are a few:
1. celery and all natural peanut butter
2. veggie burger in lettuce wrap with mayo (you can use soy mayo), mustard, dill pickle, roasted bell pepper, etc...
3. eggless "egg" salad (use fork to mash tofu, soy mayo, dill relish, salt and pepper
4. tofu scramble
5. Cheese, olive, veggy crudite plate with various dips
6. Stirfry
7. Tofurky kielbasa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
8. veggies with spinach or artichoke heart dip (just sub vegan mayo)
9. greek yogurt with a few berries or nuts
10. cottage cheese
11. berries and heavy cream
12. Pumpkin Pie Smoothie- I use a half cup pumpkin, a little cream, a little splenda, cinnamon, ice and a bit of water.
13. Avocado smoothie (sounds weird but is amazing!)

Best of luck! I find the lower the carbs, the higher the fat, the better I do.
