Day 2 of 2 198!
Today was a good workout. I am on 2 workouts this
week next week 3. I am going to work my way up to
6 days a week. So, I am done until Monday, may still
do some walking with the dogs and crunches, but I
won't be back in the gym til next week!
Wedsnesday: Afternoon - Interval running and Strength Training
Legs/Abs 3 sets 12
Treadmill for 20.30 minutes
5 intervals: (60 sec run / 60 sec walk)
