"Muffin Top?" Thanks for the laugh! At this point I need it. I low-carb'd a few years ago and lost weight, went from a size 14 to a size 10 then got pregnant! The little rascal was born (cute as can be)...he's now 3. I started the low-carb again 2 wks ago and MAY have lost a pount-it's very discouraging. I limit my carb to under 20, exercise and drink plenty of water. When i did the low-carb before, the weight seemed to come off fast, without me even realizing how fast... or maybe it just seems that way to me now. REading the above entries has been an encouragement. I would like to know, how are you all doing?
