"Burst into flames" AHAHAHHAHA that is SO me !  I'm very fair skin toned and yes have been avoiding the sun for years, not only because I've been large and ashamed but because I don't want wrinkles :P So I wonder if you're right about that defficiancy? Huh.... Well, I did start taking a multi a few weeks ago, I'll check it's label to see how much I'm getting there.
