That's great Judy.

I use Rose's book everyday and find it excellent.

I don't follow rigidly her suggested daily recipes for the "carb cleanse" phase. Instead I stick 100% to her advice of under 20grams of carbs and between 60-80grams of protein a day. I do use some of her recipes which are fabulous...especially the tofu hummus, that is the best I have ever tasted and keeps me full for hours.

I weigh everything and use both Rose's carb counter at the back of the book, and an online counter for other foods. I keep a daily diary of everything I eat so that I can see how many grams I have left to eat for the day. It keeps me on track.
