Hi,

I tried to add a custom food for the first time today... having a bit of difficulty!

Ok so the food I am trying to add is 1 slice of wholemeal bread.

On the back of the bread packet the nutritonal info is:
Calories - 48
Protein - 2.7g
Carbohydrate - 8.1
Fat - 0.6

Where it says: "Carbohydrate, by difference"... what do I have to enter in there?
I'm confused. I tried 0... then it said my sums were wrong. I then tried 8.1 and it said the total carb was 34g's!

Some help would be greatly appreciated.
