Hi girls!!
Yuck. I went to this work meeting and I ate 2 pieces of pizza and a mini piece of chocolate at like 4:30 p.m. The worst part was that i wasn't even hungry. and now I literally feel SICK.
the weird part is, I used to feel guilty when I ate pizza b/c it was "bad" and had a million calories..... now I don't feel guilty.... but after doing low carb, I realize that this really starchy food actually makes me feel bloated and gross.
So, even though I definitely veered off my diet today, I guess I am learning how my body reacts to certain foods. Pizza is not my friend. haha
anyway, I am rambling. Hope you all are doing better than I am! early day tomorrow.... so I am off to bed soon.
