Your first meal of the day is breakfast since you're breaking your fast, whether you eat it at 6 a.m. or 6 p.m.. I choose not to eat a morning meal, but I do eat at 12:30 p.m. and around 6:30--7 p.m. and I don't snack. I tried the 24/24 schedule but it gave me headaches. I was never a big breakfast eater anyway, so the 18/6 works for me--and I am losing weight.
