My God, woman, if that was my typical day, I'd be thin, trim, slim.
If that is what you eat every day (what does typical mean), keep doing it and just wait. You will be successful.
I am afraid when people say, 'Eat more' since that is how I myself got fat to begin with. If you can eat simply and keep it up and not 'fall off the wagon', there is no way you can fail. You just haven't seen results yet but they will come because the diet you choose is a way of life - and induction is just the strictest form of the diet, not the lifestyle (yet!)
I haven't been losing weight but I do have faith that this way of eating (low-carb) is the way to success for me. I feel better, the food tastes better than the food from other diets. The fact that you have an Atkins type husband is all to the good.
Just be patient! It will happen.
