Sounds like the effects of Candida die-off. Depending on the amount of time you've been taking CO & Lc'ing, I find that cycling off CO for about 2 weeks (after 6 weeks on)helped me reap the benefits when I resumed taking it. I enjoy the benefits of using CO as a supplement to my LC WOL. Keep it up! ~Cheryl
