Thanks Lisa. It does seem like we have a carb level or set point that when we go over it we get cravings, elevated bg or other things telling us that it's just too much for us. It's really a YMMV thing. Same with the protein I think.

This bothers me because it's the opposite of how I like to do things, also I think that they aren't giving themselves the full benefit of tweaking the plan while staying on track. That only comes with understanding the principals behind it. Thanks for your encouragment.
