Okay,
This morning I got up at 5:45 and got on the treadmill
at 6:00. I was able to do 15 minutes of my 30 minute podcast
from Couch to 5K! I did a mile! I also did 20 real military situps
that was so hard!! I have to work up to running the whole podcast.
So today that is:
Friday Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
20:15 minutes, 1.15 miles, 190 calories, 59.5 fat calories
25 military sit ups
The guy says to do it 3 days with rest in between,
however I want to run everyday and somedays 2 times a day so
I will do this plan and hopefully stick to it:
Monday: Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Evening - Podcast 30 minutes
Tuesday: Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Wednesday:Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Evening - Podcast 30 minutes
Thursday:Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Evening - Podcast 30 minutes
Friday Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Saturday Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
Sunday Morning - Podcast 30 minutes
I will probably run tonight since I just started
doing this, get myself up to the full 20 minutes
before Monday.
