UBWO (Chest, shoulders, triceps)
Pec flys 4 x 10 x 15kg
Tricep pushdown 4 x 10 x 15kg
Lateral raises 4 x 10 x 5kg
Dumbbell bench press 4 x 10 x 5kg
Wide grip pulldown 4 x 10 x 20kg
Kickbacks 4 x 10 x 5kg
5kg = 11lbs
15kg = 33lbs
20kg = 44lbs
Followed by 20 minute Interval Training Programme on treadmill
