Isn't it amazing how the NUMBERS can affect our moods like no other thing? If you're wearing 7-8's then you're a good range! Are you sleeping well? I know for me, when I'm short on sleep, my nerves are like a short fuse and everything upsets me.

Were you "hormonal" by any chance the last few days? I notice that the week after my cycle, I am suicidal and depressed (my feelings always turn inward). Now, that I pay attention to it, the better I can be prepared to deal with it. I think it's the worst feeling to suddenly feel so MURDEROUS of either yourself or others, and then out of nowhere - POOF! It's gone and now you're fine and everything is wonderful as if nothing had ever happened. There are some days I feel like the queen of the world and others I feel like dog sh*t and those are the ones you wish could go away forever..... I hope you're still feeling better!

Also, not advisable to stand naked in front of a full length mirror in a hotel during those "bad" days.
