I haven't omitted anything I like, but I've made some surprising discoveries in climbing the OWL ladder. I'm able to eat all kinds of fruit without a problem, but scallops stop me in my tracks. Both are legal, scallops are allowed during Induction and much lower in carbs, but I know I won't lose anything on days I make a meal of them. I discovered that early and now try not to eat them past lunchtime.

Outside of known stallers, you may also discover little stumbling blocks in the Acceptable Foods list that are peculiar to you. Extended Induction periods also cause some to stall, so consider that if you've been doing it awhile. If something is slowing you down (maybe your bod is just taking a break) I hope it's easy to fix.
