In Uk they have to quote numbers for 100 grams (3.5 ounces weight) rather than for one 'serving' and for the ones I buy the numbers are:
Total carbs 4 grams including fibre 4 grams therefore a net nil carb count!
The only other figures are
10 mgs sodium
22 mgs potassium
They are supposed to swell up in your stomach to many times their bulk, hence the fairly small serving size.
