If this hasn't been mentioned - a tasty way to use raw coconutty coconut oil (like Nutiva brand) is to mix about equally with peanut butter using a spoon in a bowl. Then put in a little cream to make it not so thick and mix. Then spray some whipped cream into the bowl and gently fold together.
