KC, did you mean to post this to the regular low cal low carb thread? (This is the recipes one). In any case, good going. I can only say from long experience, that daily weight tracking is just an indication and is insufficiently reliable to get emotional about...best to look at weekly and monthly trend, and perhaps pick a time mid cycle to focus on. But the best thing of all is to keep track of your measurements, again mid cycle when TOM isn't bloating you....these will show actual fat loss, where the scales may not. I still think having criterion pants is by far the best indicator...there is no mistaking when the zip goes up easily and the waist band can be closed.
