I havn't tried the coconut flour yet, I think it's a newer product. I have ordered thier coconut oil for a long time as it is virgin and has a very pleasent taste. I also tried thier coconut cream which is almost like a soft cream cheese instead of coconut milk.

Coconut is fairly low carb thanks to all the fiber. There is also a large group of people that swear it aids in weight loss and general health.
