Hi Susan, I find this way of eating is easier and I can actually lose inches & weight! I am not as strict as some, as I eat a carb meal almost everyday. Usually a cup of shredded wheat w/milk for breakfast. Then no or low carb the other meals. Have you read "Eat great, lose weight" by Suzanne Somers or any of her books? You hang in there with this, ok? You can do it!
