'Spoil Me' Burgers
DH is spoiling me today with these gorgeous, yummalicious burgers. I thought I would share the recipe. He really just threw stuff together, but I can piece it together enough for a recipe.
2 lbs hamburger
chopped onions
shredded cheese
packet of taco seasoning
packet of enchilada seasoning
cheese slices
chopped tomato
avocado
lime juice
Here are his instructions:
Put hamburger in a bowl. Throw in 1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion, or less if you desire. Up to you. Add a handful of shredded cheese, packet of taco seasoning and packet of enchilada seasoning (don't add the water). Squish it all up and make burgers (6-8 burgers.) While they're cooking...
Take 1 avocado and cut it up and slightly smash it. Throw in chopped tomatoes, more chopped onion and some squirts of lime juice (basically making a guacamole).
When burgers are almost done, add a slice of cheese to them (if you like cheeseburgers) and top with a couple spoonfuls of the 'guacamole'.
