I'm going to be 38 on the 17th! I'm not getting any younger. The older you get, the harder it is to lose weight. The thought of being fat the rest of my life scared the stuffing out of me! Besides that, I'm beginning to get health problems that are related to weight. I'm also sick of shopping in plus size stores!
