Not a great final week for me, I'm afraid I've been ill, so haven't done any exercise (and I've missed it) and I think that that's had an adverse effect on my weight loss. I did lose 1lb this week, but as I put on 2lbs last week, I don't feel that it's anything particularly to cheer about. Am pleased though that I kept on track with my food and water
