I also read that the filler in splenda, asparteme, etc is only process 25% in your body, which is why they can say 0 carb. when I count them, I count them as 1. sigh, like its not hard enough with out having to deal with decet both un and intentional. I also have an issue with cost one some of these products. I personally never could get into the bars and meal replacement shakes and stuff...I like to eat too much I guess.
you bet getting this close to goal will cause a slow down, just imagine, you are NOT carrying that extra weight to burn those calories when you walk or breathe or anything, but I imagine with the muscle build up, you will even out and then begin to actually burn calories more efficiently. and HOW can you think of not shopping as a bonus!!!
