We put pats of butter on lots of things--fish, meat, all veggies.
I have to ask you how you're doing eating this way and working as a pastry chef? That can't be easy. Also a funny coincidence, I think, is that there used to be a donut place around here called Amy Joy Donuts. Have you heard of them?
