DAY 54!! whohooooooo almost done with my week 8! just my 20MAS tomorrow morning and i will have rest day sunday and im to week 9! wow! i am so proud of myself!


heres what i did:

warmup: 50 crunches 30 butt ups 30 pushups


LBW:

quads:
squats: 12~54lbs, 10~59lbs, 8~64lbs, 6~69lbs, 12~69lbs
leg extentions: 12~60lbs

hams:
good mornings: 12~54lbs, 10~59lbs, 8~64lbs, 6~69lbs, 12~69lbs
straight leg deadlifts: 12~69lbs

calves:
calf raises: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~69lbs
reverse raises: 12~69lbs

butt:
bent knee good mornings: 12~59lbs
trap bar deadlifts: 12~59lbs

ABS:
v-ups 25
jackknife crunches: 25

i am really happy to say i reached my 10s on all exercises! i even did my v-ups and jackkinfe crunches consecutively instead of breaking every 10! whohooooooooo! feel the burn!
