I was in the Safeway today and speaking with the baker. They make their own LC bread which is just great and 2.99 a loaf. It's not as big a seller as they had hoped as they are now carrying Dempsters and another brand. One thing he mentioned is that they have switched to "pea flour" from "soy flour". I have never heard of pea flour - anyone else?
