The only other thing that I can add, is that being over 40 means that I have lost a great deal of muscle, and that folks is metabolically active tissue. If I can find away to add back any of that, I can only do myself good.
Atkins helps spare that tissue, and hope I can now slowly manage to add it. That is going to be the eventual focus of my exercise, but right now the big one is just to not feel totally exhausted the whole day!
