Good news:

refeed did work for me.

did refeed on friday 03/10/03
and as of today 08/10/03 I have lost 4 pounds.

Ketosticks are dark purple and continue lossing weight and inches!!!

Broke the stall and got the visit of the whoosh fairy!!!
