I have had this YI for 6 months! it sort of comes and goes... I dont eat anything on the naughty list. I only eat Mozzerella cheese (Atkins said its ok right? loaned my book out) It was almost gone then I made a steak in some red wine vinegar! I didnt know vinegar was to avoid and I think it caused a HuGE prob for me. I am in so much pain, raw even some bleeding area and all I need to know it what will make it stop hurting!
