Hi - I'm new to Low Carbing. Live in the suburbs of GTA - seems like it's more popular than I realized! Glad to see it. I'm a 42 yr. old female with a good 60 pounds of extra flab on me and I love this way of eating - it fits my lifestyle so well. Just wanted to say hello to fellow Toronto low carbers - have a great weekend! I'll be enjoying the weather and especially the barbecue - and glad that vodka is 0 carbs...
