Today's WO: a little bit of everything
- push-ups: 2 sets of 10
- sit-ups: 2 sets of 10
- ab sucker-inners: 3 sets of about 10 sec.
- lunges: 2 sets of 10 on each leg
- squats: 11
- calf raises: 2 sets of 7
Switched to squats from lunges because my right hamstring was rather sore.
