Thanks to all of you for answering -This is the only place where on a "diet" they say if you are hungry eat-Overweight people just don't hear that very often!!!

I guess I am still trying to get used to eating all this fat and maybe I still feel like I am doing the wrong thing if I eat too much of it but I am losing so I am doing something right !!
