This was my cheat weekend as well. Mothers day, and my mom pick the Italian restaurant. Ofcourse I was back on the plan on Monday and I just couldnt resist choclates at night. I know I've been pretty good on Induction for the past three weeks. No guilt just back on it today.......If this going to be the way for me then I will cut my self some slack !
