This is a challenge to lose 5 pounds at a time!

Anyone can join at anytime.
Just copy LAST post and add your name at the bottom of the list, or if there are people above 5 lbs to go, add your name after that last 5 lbs- to- go person listed.
Use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge. Start at 5.0 lbs to go.
Update your weight as often as you like and move yourself up in the ranks accordingly.
When someone loses 5 lbs we have a WINNER! There can be more than 1 winner in the same day!

Then we start a new thread and begin again.

Even better triumph today! I rechecked my A1C after 6 months because it was going up, up, up even though I was eating well. It went down from 6.1 to 5.2! So relieved.
